Finally she arrived! Monster Candy

After her very long journey she is happy to be here.

Finally! My monster arrived today. I waited for her so very much! It was strange that she was on her way so much longer than the one I ordered a few days after, which lives at my friends place in Düsseldorf a long time. But now she is here and I am very happy.
And by the way something important: I wish all of you a happy and healthy new year full of joy and success.

Endlich ist auch mein Monster eingetroffen! Ich habe schon so sehr darauf gewartet! Es war schon merkwürdig, dass dieses so viel länger unterwegs war als das, das ich ein paar Tage nachher bestellt hatte, und das jetzt schon lange bei meinem Freund in Düsseldorf wohnt. Aber jetzt ist sie da. Und ich freue mich riesig!
Und nebenbei etwas ganz Wichtiges: ich wünsche euch allen ein glückliches und gesundes neues Jahr voller Freude und Erfolg.

Puppenpullis Mariengold

Die Anleitung für diese süßen Pullis habe ich von Maria von Mariengold.

An diesem Etui für meine Nadelspiele habe ich eine ganze Weile rumgebastelt.
This is a case for my double pointed needles. It took a while to sew it.

Und dann habe ich noch diese Lavendelsäckchen gemacht. Wie man sieht hatte ich total viel Lust mit bunten Stoffstreifen herum zu experimentiern.
And I also sew these little sacks for lavender. As you can see I had fun to do things out of coloured stripes of fabric.
Und nicht dass ihr glaubt, ich hätte Weihnachten an der Nähmaschine verbracht. Das sind die gesammelten Werke der letzten Woche.
But you must not think that I spent christmas time at the sewing machine - this was the work of the whole last week.
Gestern hatten wir einen total schönen Familientag und -abend an unserem kleinen Weihnachtsbäumchen.

And my new very warm glove made from alpaca-wool. I´m very proud and happy.
The idea is from villapeikko from Finland who always has cold hands as she wrote. She posted a picture of her version on flickr and I thought "I want these!" Of course I couldn´t have those and had to knit some myself. The one on the picture above is ready. And warm. And cosy. And GREAT!

Da oben könnt ihr Paule sehen, Joshuas bunten Hund. Hab ich gestern gemacht. Natürlich hatte ich wieder das falsche Bein abgeschnitten, so dass er jetzt ein halbes Herzchen-Bein hat. Und außerdem konnte ich ihn ja unmöglich genauso machen wie Norbert seinen ;-) Der ist nun mal special.
Der Handschuh ist eine geklaute Idee von Villapeikko (Link folgt) aus Finnland. Sie schreibt, dass sie immer kalte Hände hat und irgendwann rausgefunden hat, dass Alpaka-Wolle die wärmste ist. War aber immernoch zu kalt, sodass sie den Handschuh im Handschuh gestrickt hat. Und dann war´s wohl gut. - Ein gefundenes Fressen für mich. Ich habe nämlich auch immer kalte Hände. Besonders auf der Hunderrunde. Handschuh aus, Leckerli rein in den Hund, Handschuh wieder an. Handschuh aus, am Stöckchen in Hundies Maul ziehen, wegwerfen, schon Eispfoten, Handschuh wieder an. Hund will aber weiterspielen. Naja. Und so weiter.
Nach dem Härtetest schreibe ich euch. Der Härtetest hat unter anderem die Komponente Fahrrad fahren.

Aus dem alternden Kölsch-Rocker wurde so eine zucker-süße Emma. Die finde ich sowas von süß!

Nun fehlt nur noch Emmas Strickjacke. Sie ist fast fertig, aber mir ist die Wolle ausgegangen und die Ärmel fehlen jetzt noch. Ein bißchen ärgerlich, denn die Farbe gibt es nicht mehr.
Wie so oft in letzter Zeit, habe ich mal schnell am Küchentisch fotografiert. Ich glaube, ich sollte mal die "location" ändern!

Only Emmas cardi is missing. It is almost done but the yarn for the sleeves is missing. This is annoying because the store doesn´t have the coulor anymore...
As to often in the last time I took the photo at the kitchen table. I think I should change the location.

Little coloured danish dog

This little cutie left us today. It took me a long time to finish it because I was really dull. I have a cold and felt best when I lay in my bed. But now I am on my feet again and look forward to crochet little shoes for two dolls and sew clothes for another two dolls.
